Legacy Paving & Construction, LLC is a family-owned and operated paving and construction company based in McMinnville, Oregon. As a women/minority owned business we run on the values of hard work, integrity, and quality craftsmanship, we have built our reputation one project at a time across Oregon and Washington.
Who We Are
We are a family business in every sense of the word. Our crew is made up of experienced, dedicated people who take pride in the work they do and the reputation they represent on every jobsite. From the first estimate to the final walkthrough, you work directly with our team — no middlemen, no subbed out surprises. We self-perform our work with our own crew and equipment so you always know who is on your job and who is accountable for the results.
We believe that great work starts with great relationships. We take the time to understand each client's needs, communicate clearly throughout the project, and follow through on every commitment we make. Many of our clients come back to us year after year and that trust means everything to us.
What We Do
We offer a full range of paving and construction services including asphalt paving, concrete flatwork, sealcoating, cracksealing, striping and pavement marking, excavation and grading, and telecom and utility work. Whether it is a residential driveway, a commercial parking lot, a public agency project, or hard surface restoration for a utility company, we bring the same level of professionalism and attention to detail to every job we take on.

Legacy Paving & Construction is licensed in Oregon and Washington, fully insured, and certified as an ESBE/MBE contractor. We are experienced working on prevailing wage projects and meeting the requirements of public agency and municipal contracts.
